"Just not really my style"
I couldn’t get into the look of reinaolga.com. The colors and layout felt a bit all over the place to me, like there was too much happening on the screen at once. Maybe they’re going for some bold, artsy vibe, but it just made the site kind of hard for me to enjoy browsing.
The products also didn’t feel super wearable for everyday people, at least from what I saw. I was expecting something a little more polished or easier to picture myself wearing, but it ended up not being my taste at all.

"Sizing was all over the place"
I ordered my normal size, like I always do, and somehow this fit like it was made for a totally different body. The bottoms were cut in a weird way, and the top had basically no support at all. I kept thinking maybe I read the size guide wrong, but it didn’t really help much in the first place. Also, the return process was more annoying than it needed to be, which kind of sealed it for me. Not buying from them again.

"Honestly, the website was a pain to use"
I tried shopping on reinaolga.com, but the site was just super frustrating. It was really slow, pages kept taking forever to load, and the filters weren’t really working right for me. Then checkout felt confusing too, so I ended up just giving up before placing an order. Not a great experience, to be honest.

"Trying to return something was such a hassle"
I tried to set up an exchange and then just... nothing for days. No clear update, no real response, and I was left wondering if anyone had even seen my message. It ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. not really worth the trouble.

I went on the site hoping to finally grab something, but of course every size I needed was sold out. It felt like no matter what I clicked on, I was just out of luck. After a while I got tired of wasting my time and ended up leaving.

"Fabric felt cheap and disappointing"
I was let down by this. The fabric felt thin and a little rough, especially for the price. It had that kind of mass-produced feel, like no real person had actually checked how it would wear or fit. After just one wear, it already wasn’t sitting right anymore. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Unexpected fees at delivery"
I wasn’t expecting the extra import duties when the package arrived, it made the whole order way too expensive, for me. The product was fine, but those added charges, really changed how I felt about the purchase.

"Support was disappointing"
I’ll admit the product itself was okay, so I guess I can see why some people might be fine with it. But my experience with customer support was really frustrating. Responses took a long time, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I was asking. For what they charge, I expected a lot better. I’m not exactly happy about it, but I’ll just take it as a lesson and probably won’t order from them again

"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought a swimsuit from Reina Olga and really thought it would be better quality for the price. It looked great when it arrived, but after just a few wears the fabric started to feel loose and the stitching didn’t look right anymore.
I was careful with it too, only hand washed it and didn’t wear it constantly, so it was frustrating. At this point I’m kind of tired of chasing customer service over stuff that should just hold up in the first place. The durability wasn’t there for me, and I wouldn’t buy again.

"Not really okay with this brand"
I just don’t feel great about this brand, especially around their ethics. Something about it feels off to me, and I don’t feel comfortable supporting them.

"Delivery experience was really frustrating"
I ordered from reinaolga.com the delivery process was a mess. The tracking barely updated, the package arrived much later than expected, and I felt like I had to keep chasing it myself. Customer support didn’t really help much either. The products might be nice, but speaking as a customer, and probably for a lot of others too, waiting around with no clear updates is super frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Packaging Felt Questionable"
My order showed up in this super flimsy mailer, and the box inside was all bent and beat up. for what I paid, I was expecting it to be packed a lot better, so it made me wonder if they just rushed it out or didn’t really care.
There was basically no protection at all, like it had just been tossed in and sent off. The item itself was okay, but the way it arrived made the whole thing feel cheap and careless. Not really impressed, and I’m a little suspicious about how much attention they actually put into shipping these.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but it seriously felt like it took forever. The tracking barely changed, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. The items are cute, but slow shipping like this always ruins the whole experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed anything by a certain date

"I was expecting something way better for what..."
I was expecting something way better for what I paid, but nope. It felt like I spent a small fortune and got basically nothing special in return. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but I genuinely felt robbed. Definitely not worth it.
